At Faith It or F*ck It, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns under the conditions outlined below.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must:
- Be returned within 14 calendar days of the delivery date.
- Be unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.
- Be in the same condition in which it was received.
- Include all original components, inserts, and packaging materials.
Items that have been opened, used, damaged by the customer, or altered in any way are not eligible for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:
- Opened card games
- Digital products or downloadable content
- Gift cards
- Promotional or clearance items marked as final sale
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

- A description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect item and packaging
We will review the claim and, if approved, provide a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Refused or Unauthorized Returns
Returns sent without prior approval or that do not meet the eligibility requirements may be refused and returned to the sender at the sender's expense.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the eligible unopened item and place a new order.
